All laptop orders are delivered free of charge, regardless of order value. Accessories and smaller items qualify for free delivery on orders over £19. Orders are processed transparently, and payment is only taken after you have received and inspected your items.

Next-Working-Day Delivery to Major UK Cities

Orders placed before 6 pm (Monday–Friday) are eligible for next-working-day delivery to the following areas:

• London (all postcodes)
• Greater Manchester
• Birmingham and the West Midlands
• Leeds and West Yorkshire

Orders placed after 6 pm, at weekends, or on UK Bank Holidays are dispatched the next working day and delivered according to standard courier schedules.

1–3 Working Day Delivery Across the Rest of the UK

For addresses outside major city regions — including Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and rural areas — delivery remains fully free and typically takes 1–3 working days from dispatch.

Same-Day Dispatch from Our UK Warehouse

• Orders confirmed before 4 pm (Monday–Saturday) are dispatched the same day
• Orders placed after 4 pm or on Bank Holidays are dispatched the next working day
