30-Day Change of Mind Returns

If you decide that a product is not suitable, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Exchanges

If you would prefer an alternative model, colour or configuration, we can usually arrange an exchange. Once the return is confirmed, the replacement is typically dispatched the same or next working day, subject to stock availability.

Manufacturer Warranty

All laptops sold by laptop-uk.com include a minimum 12-month manufacturer warranty. Some products offer extended coverage, as clearly stated on the product page.
